One last week's highlights of the Spring 2020 ICTE Sabbatical was a trip to Orivieto in Umbria. Many of the priests had already heard about Oriveto's beautiful Cathedral. Others had heard about Umbria's reputation for good food and great wine. After obsessing for the first few days of the sabbatical over the logistics of living in a new place and in a foreign country, we thought it would be a good idea just to experience the beauty and the flavors of Umbria! What a relaxing day we had! It was a great opportunity to grab a few selfies with new friends in an incredibly beautiful place!
